Responsibility
- Assist in the commissioning of data center mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems from Cx.L1 to L3, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Conduct functional performance tests, troubleshoot system anomalies, and document findings for reporting and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and vendors to coordinate commissioning activities and resolve technical challenges.
- Support the development and execution of commissioning plans, test procedures, and validation protocols for data center infrastructure.
- Monitor and verify system performance during start-up, operational testing, and handover phases to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of commissioning reports, as-built documentation, and operational manuals for client delivery.
- Participate in site inspections, safety briefings, and compliance audits to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in data center commissioning to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in commissioning, testing, or MEP systems, preferably in data center or critical infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with commissioning processes, including functional performance testing, integrated system testing (IST), and factory acceptance testing (FAT).
- Basic knowledge of data center systems such as HVAC, UPS, generators, fire suppression, and security systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) for collaboration with international teams.
- Willingness to travel to project sites in Bali and other locations as required.
