Responsibility
- Oversee and manage day-to-day construction site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and stakeholders to align project execution with design specifications and client expectations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and submit detailed progress reports, cost estimates, and technical documentation to senior management.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and environmental guidelines.
- Resolve on-site technical challenges and provide innovative solutions to optimize construction efficiency.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, supervisors, and laborers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Liaise with government authorities and obtain necessary permits and approvals for project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in site engineering or construction supervision, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and local building codes is highly advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
