Responsibility
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and civil infrastructure.
- Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions to restore functionality.
- Develop and execute maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance and longevity of assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute capital improvement projects.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, industry standards, and local regulations.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Train and mentor junior staff on best practices in maintenance and repair procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in industrial, commercial, or facility management settings.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and structural maintenance.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Certifications in safety (e.g., OSHA) or specialized maintenance disciplines are advantageous.
