Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems, including power distribution, control systems, and automation for printing machinery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems with mechanical and software components.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
- Prepare technical documentation, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and maintenance logs.
- Evaluate and recommend upgrades or modifications to improve system efficiency and reliability.
- Ensure all electrical installations and repairs adhere to local regulations and company policies.
- Provide training and guidance to technical staff on electrical systems and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; professional certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including PLCs, motors, transformers, and control panels.
- Proficiency in using electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP) and diagnostic tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and industry standards (e.g., NEC, ISO).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with other departments.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or already based in the region.
