Join a leading Testing and Commissioning specialist team as a Commissioning Manager / Senior Engineer for cutting-edge data center projects in Bali. Responsibility
- Lead and manage commissioning activities (Cx L1-L3) for data center projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards (e.g., ASHRAE, TIA, Uptime Institute).
- Develop and execute commissioning plans, test procedures, and validation protocols for mechanical, electrical, and IT systems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineers, contractors, vendors) to resolve technical issues and ensure project milestones are met.
- Conduct factory acceptance tests (FAT), site acceptance tests (SAT), and integrated system testing (IST) for critical infrastructure.
- Prepare and review commissioning reports, punch lists, and compliance documentation for stakeholders and clients.
- Ensure all systems meet performance, safety, and regulatory requirements before handover.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and commissioning teams.
- Collaborate with project managers to align commissioning activities with overall project timelines and budgets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field); Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in commissioning, testing, and validation for data centers, mission-critical facilities, or similar industries.
- Proven track record in Cx L1-L3 commissioning for large-scale projects, preferably in Southeast Asia.
- Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure (power, cooling, fire suppression, UPS, generators, etc.) and relevant standards.
- Certifications such as CxA (Commissioning Authority), PMP, or LEED AP are highly advantageous.
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
- Ability to travel to project sites in Selangor, Johor, and Bali as required.
- Familiarity with BIM, CAD, or commissioning software tools is a plus.
