Responsibility
- Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all milestones.
- Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities, including resource allocation, progress tracking, and quality control.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to clarify project requirements, resolve issues, and maintain strong working relationships.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor compliance with safety regulations, design specifications, and industry standards.
- Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and budget updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, designers, and procurement specialists, to optimize project outcomes.
- Identify potential project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns.
- Ensure all project documentation, including contracts, permits, and technical drawings, is accurate and up-to-date.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in construction or infrastructure development.
- Proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion, with a focus on schedule adherence and budget control.
- Strong knowledge of project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and CAD tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Familiarity with local and international construction regulations, safety standards, and building codes.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
