In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing requests for quotations (RFQs), preparing competitive proposals, and providing basic technical support for a range of mechanical and industrial solutions. Responsibility
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries and RFQs in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and submit accurate quotations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Coordinate order processing, from confirmation to delivery, ensuring smooth execution.
- Provide basic technical support to clients regarding mechanical and industrial products.
- Liaise with internal teams (engineering, logistics, finance) to ensure alignment on project requirements.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records for tracking and reporting.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues as needed to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a similar role within the mechanical/industrial sector.
- Strong understanding of technical specifications for mechanical and industrial products.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM/ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with Bali’s industrial market is a plus.
