Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth root cause analysis for technical issues related to electric vehicles, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for dealers and service teams on EV safety, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor and analyze quality trends, providing actionable insights to improve product reliability and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement warranty management processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Provide expert technical support to dealers and customers, resolving complex issues and escalating concerns as needed.
- Document technical findings, solutions, and best practices to build a knowledge base for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on emerging EV technologies, regulations, and industry trends to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage.
- Participate in field visits and inspections to assess vehicle performance and identify potential areas for enhancement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support, quality assurance, or a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Experience with electric vehicles (EVs) or hybrid systems is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and mentor technical teams.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, software, and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with warranty management processes and industry regulations.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and other regions as required.
