Responsibility
- Install, configure, and maintain surveillance systems (CCTV, access control, intrusion detection) in government and commercial facilities.
- Perform on-site diagnostics and troubleshooting to resolve hardware/software issues with minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of system deployments according to specifications.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to optimize system performance and longevity.
- Provide technical training and support to end-users and client stakeholders on system operations.
- Document all service activities, including installation reports, maintenance logs, and incident resolutions.
- Stay updated on emerging surveillance technologies and industry best practices to recommend upgrades.
- Adhere to strict security protocols and compliance standards for government projects.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in installing/maintaining surveillance or security systems (CCTV, IP cameras, NVR/DVR).
- Proficiency in networking (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN) and low-voltage wiring for security systems.
- Hands-on experience with brands like Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, or Bosch is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in field environments.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali and occasionally other regions.
- Certifications in security systems (e.g., CCTA, CompTIA Security+) are advantageous.
