Responsibility
- Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of semiconductor equipment at client facilities across Bali.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions to minimize equipment downtime.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and calibration of semiconductor manufacturing tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to diagnose complex technical problems and implement corrective actions.
- Provide technical training and support to client personnel on equipment operation and best practices.
- Document service activities, including work orders, reports, and equipment performance data.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards while working in cleanroom and industrial environments.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and service efficiency.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in field service, maintenance, or technical support for semiconductor or high-tech equipment.
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment (e.g., CVD, PVD, etch, lithography).
- Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and software-related issues in industrial equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and work flexible hours, including overtime when required.
