Responsibility
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Develop and implement process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production bottlenecks.
- Design and implement workflow layouts to enhance productivity and safety.
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices for process improvement and quality control.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in manufacturing process optimization, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, Minitab, Excel).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.
