Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures in compliance with AK3U Konstruksi standards and local regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of work areas, equipment, and machinery to identify potential hazards and ensure safe working conditions.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans to prevent recurrence of accidents or near-misses.
- Prepare and submit detailed HSE reports, including incident reports, inspection findings, and compliance documentation.
- Provide HSE training and awareness programs for employees, contractors, and visitors to promote a safety-first culture.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to integrate safety measures into project planning and execution.
- Ensure emergency response plans are in place, regularly tested, and effectively communicated to all personnel.
- Monitor and evaluate HSE performance metrics, recommending improvements to enhance safety outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
- Certification in AK3U Konstruksi or equivalent HSE qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations and international safety standards.
- Proven ability to conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety audits.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to train and influence teams at all levels.
- Proficiency in preparing HSE documentation, reports, and compliance records.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond effectively to emergencies.
