Responsibility
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes for electrical and electronic components to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to optimize product designs for manufacturability.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in manufacturing processes.
- Monitor and improve production workflows to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices and safety protocols.
- Work closely with suppliers to source high-quality materials and components.
- Document and maintain accurate records of manufacturing processes and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the electronics industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic components, circuits, and systems.
- Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools (e.g., CAD, ERP systems).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate technical information clearly.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, IPC).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
