Responsibility
- Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and implement solutions.
- Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and project documentation.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Resolve technical challenges and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including costs, materials, and labor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Proficient in using engineering software and tools for project management and design.
