Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of industrial engineers to optimize production processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Analyze workflows, production schedules, and resource allocation to identify bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and logistics teams to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Design and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and drive accountability.
- Conduct time and motion studies to standardize work processes and eliminate non-value-added activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and industry regulations in all engineering practices.
- Prepare and present reports on process improvements, cost savings, and ROI to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven expertise in process optimization, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, Minitab, or ERP systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
- Experience in the packaging, manufacturing, or logistics industry is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, 5S, and Kaizen methodologies.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt to dynamic business needs.
