As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of high-precision semiconductor equipment. You will be responsible for on-site installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of automated systems, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency for our clients.
This position offers a competitive salary range of $3,000 – $4,200 per month, with a 5-day workweek and standard office hours (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM). Travel to client sites within Bali will be required, making this role ideal for professionals who enjoy a mix of fieldwork and technical challenges.

Responsibility
- Perform on-site installation, calibration, and maintenance of semiconductor automated equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize equipment downtime.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide technical support and training to clients on equipment operation and best practices.
- Document service activities, including repair logs, maintenance reports, and client feedback.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement equipment upgrades and improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards during all field operations.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with suppliers for timely replacements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in field service, maintenance, or repair of automated equipment, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of PLC systems, robotics, and automated machinery.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose complex equipment issues.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) for effective client communication.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and work flexible hours as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work independently in the field.
