Responsibility
- Oversee and execute the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, including wiring, panels, and control systems.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
- Interpret and comply with electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams for accurate project execution.
- Ensure all electrical work meets local regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Lead and mentor junior electricians and apprentices, providing guidance on technical and safety protocols.
- Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and compliance documentation.
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Master Electrician (RME) license or equivalent certification recognized in Indonesia.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety protocols, and industry standards (e.g., NEC, PEC, or local equivalents).
- Experience with commercial, residential, and industrial electrical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks involving climbing, lifting, and prolonged standing.
