Responsibility
- Oversee daily maintenance operations across multiple sites, ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities, identifying potential issues and recommending proactive solutions.
- Manage vendor relationships, including contracting, negotiations, and performance evaluations for outsourced services.
- Monitor maintenance budgets, optimizing resource allocation without compromising quality or safety.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies related to facility management.
- Document maintenance activities, generate reports, and present findings to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in maintenance management, preferably in retail, hospitality, or industrial sectors.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and cross-functional projects.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software (e.g., CMMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to facility upkeep.
- Familiarity with Indonesian safety regulations and building codes is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
