Responsibility
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for piling, foundation, and heavy machinery equipment.
- Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs to ensure machinery operates at peak efficiency.
- Deliver comprehensive customer training on equipment operation, safety protocols, and best practices.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with minimal downtime, using advanced troubleshooting techniques.
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to optimize equipment performance for specific project requirements.
- Maintain detailed service records, reports, and documentation for compliance and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry advancements in heavy machinery and civil engineering technologies.
- Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in all operations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience with heavy machinery, preferably in piling or foundation equipment.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance and repairs.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer training and team collaboration.
- Familiarity with safety protocols (OSHA, ISO, or local regulations) in construction environments.
- Willingness to travel to various sites across Bali as required.
- Certifications in heavy machinery operation or maintenance are a plus.
