Responsibility
- Develop and implement quality control plans for ELV systems, ensuring adherence to project specifications, local regulations, and international standards (e.g., ISO, IEC, NFPA).
- Conduct on-site inspections and pre-commissioning tests for ELV installations, including fire safety, security, and communication systems.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, such as test reports, compliance certificates, and as-built drawings.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to resolve quality-related issues and mitigate risks.
- Lead root cause analysis for defects or non-conformities and propose corrective actions.
- Monitor and report on quality KPIs, providing data-driven insights to improve processes.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on ELV quality standards and best practices.
- Stay updated on emerging ELV technologies and industry trends to enhance project deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ELV systems quality control, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
- In-depth knowledge of ELV standards (e.g., BS 7671, NFPA 72, TIA/EIA-568) and local Indonesian regulations.
- Proven experience with testing tools (e.g., cable analyzers, insulation testers, protocol analyzers).
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Certifications in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) or ELV systems are highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other engineering software for documentation.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
