Responsibility
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of mechanical and electrical engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Develop and review technical drawings, schematics, and specifications to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless project integration.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and present detailed project reports, budgets, and timelines to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations, environmental standards, and local building codes.
- Optimize M&E systems for energy efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to foster team development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project engineering, with a focus on M&E systems in construction or infrastructure.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects from design to handover, preferably in Southeast Asia.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP, or similar engineering software.
- Strong knowledge of local and international engineering standards (e.g., NEC, IEC, SNI).
- Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk assessment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- PE (Professional Engineer) license or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
