Responsibility
- Conduct quality inspections and testing of ACMV (Air-Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation) systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
- Develop and implement Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) procedures for M&E installations.
- Monitor safety protocols on-site and enforce adherence to local and international safety regulations.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality audits, non-conformance issues, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical and quality-related challenges.
- Review and approve technical drawings, method statements, and risk assessments for ACMV projects.
- Train and mentor site personnel on quality and safety best practices.
- Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in QA/QC or safety engineering, preferably in ACMV or M&E projects.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, local building codes, and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, SNI).
- Certification in Quality Management (e.g., ISO 9001) or Occupational Health & Safety (e.g., NEBOSH) is a plus.
- Proficient in technical drawing review, risk assessment, and report writing.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with BIM, AutoCAD, or other engineering software is advantageous.
