Responsibility
- Execute on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of technical systems according to project specifications.
- Conduct thorough system diagnostics and troubleshooting to resolve operational issues promptly.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance to ensure peak performance and longevity of installed equipment.
- Provide comprehensive technical support and guidance to clients during and after system deployment.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure all installations meet safety and quality compliance standards.
- Prepare detailed service reports, site logs, and technical documentation after each field visit.
- Train end-users on system operations, best practices, and basic maintenance procedures.
- Maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and test equipment required for daily operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in field service engineering, technical support, or system commissioning.
- Strong knowledge of instrumentation, control systems, and field electrical installations.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment as well as independently on remote sites.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for professional client interaction.
- Must be willing to travel to various client sites within the Metro Manila area as required.
