Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians to ensure efficient power system operations.
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical and power systems.
- Monitor and maintain electrical equipment, including transformers, switchgears, and distribution panels.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute system upgrades and modifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance.
- Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and maintenance staff.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in power system maintenance or electrical engineering.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repair techniques.
- Experience working in shift-based environments and handling emergency situations.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulatory compliance in electrical engineering.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
