Responsibility
- Provide technical support to the sales team and customers, ensuring accurate and timely responses to inquiries.
- Assist in the development and delivery of product presentations and demonstrations.
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve customer issues and improve product performance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive care products and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver technical reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in sales meetings and provide technical insights to support sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist in the training and development of sales team members on technical aspects of our products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical sales support or a similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of automotive care products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
