Responsibility
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and market share in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Assign territories and quotas to sales staff, ensuring balanced workloads and optimal coverage.
- Coordinate and conduct training programs to enhance the skills and product knowledge of the sales team.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the chemical or industrial sector, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving sales growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
