Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with SME clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the existing client portfolio and target markets.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose customized telecom solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, and support) to deliver seamless service and address client concerns promptly.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive offerings to position Dito Telecommunity’s services as the preferred choice.
- Prepare and present regular reports on client performance, market insights, and revenue forecasts to management.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements that align with both client needs and company objectives.
- Participate in industry events, networking activities, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or relationship management, preferably in the telecom sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building client loyalty.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- In-depth knowledge of telecom products, services, and industry regulations.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
