Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, resellers, and distributors to drive product sales.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners to enhance the distribution network and increase product visibility.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns and programs tailored for channel partners.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to channel partners to ensure product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with channel partners to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in channel sales, business development, or a similar role within the technology or IT industry.
- Strong understanding of channel sales strategies, partner management, and distribution networks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage and track sales activities.
