Responsibility
- Develop and implement sales distribution strategies to achieve volume growth, market penetration, and revenue targets in Bali.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals and KPIs.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including partnerships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to refine strategies and maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless product availability and promotional execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in FMCG, agribusiness, or a similar industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills to drive team performance and client engagement.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales forecasting, data analysis, and CRM tools.
- Deep understanding of distribution networks, retail dynamics, and market expansion strategies.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local language skills are advantageous.
