Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for IT solutions and services.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to maximize performance and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Baliās corporate, SME, and government sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored IT solutions.
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to ensure accurate and compelling proposals and presentations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to stay ahead of industry developments.
- Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the technology or software solutions sector.
- Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.

- Experience in the Southeast Asian market, particularly Indonesia, is highly advantageous.
