Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for IT solutions and services.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to maximize performance and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Bali’s corporate, SME, and government sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored IT solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical and product teams to ensure accurate and compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the technology or software solutions sector.
  • Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
