Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies for mechanical and industrial equipment in the Bali region.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to customize solutions based on customer requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and negotiations.
- Provide post-sales support, including training and troubleshooting.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive products.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or business development within the mechanical/industrial sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial equipment and machinery.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
