Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company’s customer base in the food and animal feed ingredients sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market research and competitive analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Conduct regular market visits and participate in industry events to stay updated on trends and customer needs.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food, animal feed, or agricultural ingredients industry.
