We are expanding our sales team in Bali and seeking a dynamic Sales Agent to drive business growth by promoting our premium gas solutions to industrial, medical, and commercial clients.
As a Sales Agent, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction with our specialized gas products. Responsibility
- Identify and prospect new clients in Bali’s industrial, medical, and commercial sectors to expand the customer base.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs for industrial gases.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals while meeting company targets.
- Collaborate with the logistics and production teams to ensure timely delivery of gas products to clients.
- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, safety standards, and industry regulations to provide accurate information to clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the industrial, medical, or gas supply sector.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with industrial gases, their applications, and safety protocols is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
