Responsibility
- Manage and respond to inbound sales inquiries from B2B clients and showroom visitors with professionalism and expertise.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations in the showroom to showcase features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with company goals and market trends.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management on a regular basis.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand the client base and brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or showroom sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a non-cold-calling environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales analytics tools.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Familiarity with the Bali business landscape or willingness to relocate is advantageous.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
