Responsibility

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Participate in field visits and sales calls to gain practical experience.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Maximum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel as required for fieldwork and client meetings.
- Highly motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data analysis.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
