Responsibility
- Conduct in-person and digital promotions to drive product or service awareness and sales.
- Engage with customers professionally, providing exceptional service and addressing inquiries.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitive offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Represent the company brand positively in all interactions, both internally and externally.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, promotions, or customer service (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel or work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation, and closing strategies.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with a passion for brand representation.
