Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase Custom Gorden’s offerings.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1+ years) in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
