Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets in the Bali food service market.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed performance goals and deliver exceptional results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hotels, restaurants, and catering services.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s client base in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer deliveries.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the food service or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and client relationships.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities to handle complex sales scenarios.
- Familiarity with the Bali market and its food service industry is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales analytics tools.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
