Responsibility
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Proactively identify, engage, and retain industrial clients in Bali, focusing on long-term partnerships.
- Territory Development: Expand market presence by mapping potential clients, analyzing industry trends, and executing targeted sales strategies.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets by negotiating contracts, upselling, and cross-selling industrial salt products.
- Coordination with Internal Teams: Liaise with logistics, production, and customer service to ensure timely delivery and resolution of client inquiries.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and demand fluctuations to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Client Visits & Presentations: Conduct regular on-site meetings to understand client needs, present product solutions, and address concerns.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts for management review.
- Product Knowledge Advocacy: Stay updated on Cheetham Salt’s product specifications, applications, and industry standards to advise clients effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 3+ years in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably in industrial raw materials, chemicals, or commodities.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with salt production, industrial applications, or supply chain logistics is a strong advantage.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to close deals, negotiate contracts, and manage client portfolios in a competitive market.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with exceptional verbal and written communication for client interactions.
- Self-Driven & Organized: Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Networking & Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to build trust, resolve conflicts, and foster long-term business relationships.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office for reporting and analysis.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or industry certifications are a plus.
