Responsibility
- Identify and acquire new clients through proactive outreach, networking, and market research in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions that align with company offerings.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, etc.) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in B2B or regional markets.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities with clients at all levels.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
