Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual HVAC sales targets in the Bali market.
- Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to assess their HVAC needs and recommend optimal solutions from Eureka’s product portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, property developers, and facility managers to generate new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and cost estimates tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless project handover, from sales closure to installation and after-sales support.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging HVAC technologies to position Eureka as a market leader.
- Participate in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in the HVAC industry, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including split units, VRF systems, chillers, and ventilation solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a strong advantage.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
