Responsibility
- Engage with potential clients via phone, email, or digital platforms to promote products/services.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive offerings.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports to management as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (remote experience is a plus).
