Responsibility
- Identify and engage prospective customers, including businesses, industrial clients, and distributors, to promote Jade Blue Petroleum’s products.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our petroleum products.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to secure long-term partnerships and maximize sales revenue.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials tailored to the local market.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback using CRM tools.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, safety standards, and product specifications to ensure compliance and credibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the petroleum, energy, or industrial sectors. Fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia as required.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) is a plus.
