Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including automotive dealers, repair shops, and retailers.
- Conduct regular field visits to identify sales opportunities and present product catalogs to prospective buyers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective territory management.
- Provide product training and technical support to clients to ensure proper usage and satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and expense documentation in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the automotive, parts, or related industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within Bali and surrounding areas.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
- Knowledge of automotive parts, terminology, and industry standards is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
