Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the Bali region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client engagement.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients to drive repeat business.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of PT Bio Tech Indo’s biotechnology solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A background in biotechnology or life sciences is a plus.
- Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the biotech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
