Responsibility

  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Garudafood products in assigned retail territories.
  • Conduct regular visits to retail outlets to monitor product stock levels, merchandising, and promotional compliance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key decision-makers to drive sales and secure new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including promotions, discounts, and in-store activations to boost product demand.
  • Collect market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer feedback, and report insights to the sales team.
  • Ensure timely and accurate order processing, delivery coordination, and invoice management.
  • Provide product training and support to retail staff to enhance their knowledge and selling techniques.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including performance metrics, challenges, and action plans.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of at least 1-2 years in retail sales, FMCG, or distribution, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with retailers and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with the Bali market and its retail landscape is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic sales reporting tools.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory and possess a valid driver’s license (preferred).
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
