Responsibility
- Manage and oversee a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing strategic guidance.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue growth from existing accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions tailored to client needs.
- Monitor client account performance, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports for management and clients.
- Proactively address client concerns and implement corrective actions to maintain trust and loyalty.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and client business needs to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or a similar role, preferably in the healthcare, insurance, or corporate services sector.
- Proven track record of managing corporate client portfolios and driving client satisfaction and retention.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify client needs and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
