Responsibility
- Conduct market scanning and analysis to identify new business opportunities in Bali’s commercial, residential, and hospitality sectors.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Reactivate inactive accounts through personalized outreach, negotiations, and tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with contractors, architects, distributors, and end-users.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote product launches and special offers to targeted segments.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the lighting, electrical, or construction industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess market potential and client needs.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
