Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in Bali’s competitive market.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with key stakeholders, including businesses, distributors, and end-users.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed KPIs and deliver exceptional results.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with brand messaging and product launches.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of 5+ years in sales management, preferably in B2B or multi-segment markets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a history of coaching high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Deep understanding of sales metrics, CRM tools, and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Experience in market expansion or entering new territories is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
