Your mission is to build a robust pipeline, deliver compelling sales pitches, and close deals that contribute to our market leadership in the agribusiness sector.

Responsibility

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities in Bali and surrounding regions, focusing on untapped markets and dormant accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire New Order Only (NOO) clients and reactivate inactive customers.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to close deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure seamless onboarding and satisfaction for new clients.
  • Track sales performance metrics, including conversion rates, revenue growth, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably in agribusiness, FMCG, or related industries.
  • Strong hunter mentality with a track record of acquiring new clients and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred.
  • Existing network or familiarity with Bali’s business landscape is a plus.
